Ansys Licence Manage Error 19.0/18.2

I've been using ANSYS normally when recently got this message error.

already unistall ansys, cleaned up all directories and windows registers, anyone can help please?

I am having similar issue as well. Tried clearing registry, uninstall and etc but still wont work
