We are getting the following attached error when launching ANSYS Sherlock in ANSYS 2020 R1.

"Capability ANSYS Sherlock does not exist in the ANSYS licensing pool."

These clients are pointing to our ANSYS concurrent license server.

Could a support moderator check our licensing file to see if we are licensed for the product? I can DM it when you are ready. Thanks.

Please post screenshot inline with text as ANSYS employees are not allowed to download attachment.

I checked the database and I believe you have "ANSYS Academic Teaching Mechanical and CFD" license product, right ? If so, this doesn't include Sherlock. If you have other license products, please let me know.

Here is the screenshot of the products displayed by the license manager.

But yeah from other emails we were sent the product is described as "ANSYS Academic Teaching Mechanical and CFD (25 tasks)"

Unfortunately, this doesn't enable ANSYS Sherlock.

Please contact your ANSYS Account Manager if you are interested to evaluate it.
