I want to do analysis on the boiler for the production of 10 tph of steam. Please help me through the series steps I can perform as it requires multiphase. Please provide me any geometry in case it is available. Thank you.

Step 1 is the geometry. I doubt anyone will be providing you with geometry. You will have to find that on the internet or create it yourself.
Step 2 is to sketch the problem and show all the components of the model. Please use the Insert Image button in your reply with the sketch.
I have attached a geometry above .Geometry has some meshing error. Please tell me what boundary condition I applyfor evaporating purpose to generate and production of desired steam.
What is the level of the water in the bottom tank? Where is the heat input?
Heat input is around the water drum. Coal fired. Water capacity 8350 liters. Pressure is 10 bar(1,1.35,3.35 MPa) .
How high up on the bottom tank is the surface of the water when it is filled with 8350 liters? You have to know that to initialize the simulation.
How many watts is being input to heat the water?
Heat input- 2.8-7.0MW
Boiler completely filled contains 8350 litres.
