Conjugate heat transfer in fluent with temperature dependent properties

Sir, I am facing a convergence problem while simulating Conjugate natural convection heat transfer in Ansys fluent. My working fluid is water whose properties  like density, viscosity, conductivity I have considered as temperature dependent. When I am simulating the problem. Continuity, momentum and energy residual are fluctuating and not converging leading to the wrong results. Is there any one who can help me where I am making mistake. My mesh quality is good. I have used quadrilateral elements. I have tried under relaxation also. but nothing is working. your valuable suggestion will be very helpful for me

Please can you post some images of the residuals, mesh and results? In the text please as we can't open attachments. 

Natural convection is inherently transient so you may find you struggle with convergence: the results are usually reasonable in steady state though.
