Error while running transient simulation of brake rotor

Hello all,

 I am performing a transient analysis (decelerating motion of a brake rotor). My model setup includes a rotating solid rotor, rotating fluid domain and a stationary fluid domain. The angular velocity for the rotor and the fluid domain is kept the same and I am running the simulation in steady state first. The rotor-rotating fluid interface has been given a counter rotation. I have attached the screenshot of the model set up for further reference. 

I have checked for all the three possible reasons, the face location specified below. Also, please find the attached output file to this message.

I understand that my interface has non tangential motion, but I am not sure how to eliminate that error.

as ansys employees, we can not download attachments. please insert some zoomed in images. 

i assume you are using frame motion as you are using stead state. 

please check following.

I am using Ansys CFX and am having issues removing this error. Is there a way I can eliminate it using CFX.

What are using for models? Are you using immersed solid with steady-state solver? Please add more info about the definition files and the models deployed + Geometry.

Sorry for the delayed response. I am using k-omega turbulence model. THe model setup is as follows:

 

The rotor is rotated (given a solid motion) and a small fluid enclosure near it is rotated at same angular velocity (frame motion). The angular velocity of rotor and frame are decreasing as the vehicle velocity decreases from 100 kph to 0 in 3,5 seconds. The outer enclosure has air moving at linear speed of vehicle.

I am facing the above specified error while performing a steady state simulation.

Please suggest how to eliminate the normal velocity error.
