Fatigue Crack of Rubber

Hallo,

I am working on student project and I want to study the Fatigue during the crack for Rubber material.

By Steel it works well but when I change to Rubber it doesn't work.

can any one help me

Hello,

Double click on Engineering Data and click on Structural Steel.  See how it has SN Curve data? That is Fatigue Data that can be used during an analysis.

Take a look at Neoprene Rubber, there is no Fatigue Data. I don't know if Paris Law applies to rubber. ANSYS partners with Endurica for rubber fatigue calculations.

Thanks .do you know how i simulate Fatigue for Rubber und get the S-N line as a result ?

You don't perform simulations to get a S-N curve, you do experiments with physical sampels to get a S-N curve.  Once you have a S-N curve, then you can use it in simulations to predict fatigue. I don't know if an experiment with rubber parts will deliver a S-N curve. What did you learn on the Endurica website?
