Floating point exception error

I am currently running a simulation on a NACA 23012 airfoil and anytime I run the simulation, it does not converge but gives the error:

The mesh was generated in design modeller and has about 320,000 cells

Spallart-Almaras turbulent model is used.

How do I fix this?

I think you need to review the meshing process as there look to be some fairly big jumps in cell size and high aspect ratio where you don't want it.  I'm guessing you used several surfaces for the domain & edge sizing. Instead add an inflation around the aerofoil & size functions with a sensible maximum face size.

The error isn't overly diagnostic. If you scroll up what does it say in the TUI?

My computer shut down unexpectedly so I'd have to run the simulation again.

Is this something I have to fix in ANSYS mechanical (where I generated the mesh)?

Generate the mesh in the Meshing tool (not Mechanical) and follow the various tutorials to see how a good mesh should be generated.
