How do I post-process to show 3D vortex generation?

I want to show with Fluent the vortex generated from a VG in a similar fashion of NASA's simulation of an aircraft landing gear (

I have a feeling it might be with numerous isosurfaces but I can't get it to work. Does anyone know how to do it in CFD post or Fluent? or something like this.  Also does it have to be done with an LES or DES solver?

That's the turbulent dissipation or similar and likely from LES or similar. One isosurface but it's regenerated for each time step. Easily done in Fluent or CFD Post (I'd use Fluent) but you may struggle to solve LES unless you're using a research licence.

I am using a research license.  How can I overlay the same isosurface?

You need to create the iso surface of whatever that is using the result of your simulation.
