How to create spatial-temporal velocity profile in Fluent

I would like to read a spatial-temporal velocity profile in Fluent, so that the simulation reads new non-uniform velocity profile at each time-step. From Fluent’s user manual,  profiles can do that either uniform velocity profile at different time-steps, or the same non-uniform profile for all time-steps. Could someone please let me know if there is a way to have non-uniform profile added at each time-step? And the method to do that?

There isn't a profile option to change velocity with location and time. One option would be to use a case modification to read the new table, but that's going to be very slow. Changing the boundary every time step is also likely to be fairly unstable. 

Please can you provide some images/description of what you're trying to model?

Thank you for your reply, I'm trying to feed my simulation with free-stream turbulence data (instantaneous non-uniform velocity). So the concept is to use library of data, that has planes of velocities to be fed at each time step. The method is technically named Precursor Prepared library, and is outlined in "Inlet conditions for large eddy simulation: A review" by G. R. Tabor and M. H. Baba-Ahmadi in P.558 (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.compfluid.2009.10.007). A schematic is shown below

I think you're either going to need to read in a new profile every some timesteps or use a UDF to cycle through the equivalent data sets.  Unfortunately, the exact how of what to do is beyond what I can answer on a public forum as ANSYS staff: hopefully someone in the wider community can assist as needed.
