How to split a volume mesh part into two separated mesh part in ICEM

I have used ICEM to generate a mesh for Y shape vessel. The "vessel wall" volume part was generated via the prism layer throughout the whole vein surface. However, the two branches of the vein (colored green and purple) have different material properties and the prism layer only created one volume part. Is there any way I can split the prism volume part into two parts in ICEM?

I have also tried to generate the prism layers for the two branches separately and then merge, but there is connectivity problems with the new mesh.

as ansys staff, we can not download the attachments.

please create a new part. then add all required cells in this part.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to create a new part for a branch (which is graft for a vein), however because there is no surface at the junction, I cannot build mesh at this specific volume part. There is also a curve generated at the junction part. Can you tell me how to build/create a volume part for the graft (the green colored part)? The geometry is shown in the picture. Thanks in advance!

for this tet case it would be approximate only. you will not get exact surface at the junction.
