hey I am modelling a Chimney in Fluid Domain in ICEM CFD can anyone help me how to do it with Hybrid Meshing.

There is a tutorial for hybrid mesh by Ansys under the name "Merged Tetra-Hexa Mesh in a Hybrid Tube" that would provide you a foundation to build things up. Following are a few youtube tutorials which might help you:
