Interphase heat transfer in the VOF, mixture and Euler model

I found that, unlike the Euler model, the VOF and the mixture model do not allow to user specify the interphase heat transfer correlations of choice.

What is then the default interphase heat transfer correlation formulation used in those models?

It is assumed that the transfer is very huge so that temperature is the same for both phases.

Can you please elaborate a little on this?

I know that in VOF, all phases share same temperature field, then how can a heat transfer take place?

Yeah as all phases shares the same temperature field you can imagine that at interface there is huge heat transfer. There is no resistance to heat transfer at interface. Same like with momentum.

It was important to know that there is zero resistance to heat transfer for all phases.
