Modal analysis in workbench

Here I meet a problem about the damping modal in Workbench (ANSYS 18) .

First,

how does the software calculate the stiffness coefficient ? I have found some guidance in this link but the result is not correct. 

Second,

I follow this public essay and I want to redo what he has done. But he only give the parameter above so I have a doubt that the parameter is enough to calculate.

Damping ratio is mode dependent. You could try approximating it via the stiffness and mass coefficient. Please see here for some documentation.

But I also need to calculate the parameter using Damping Ratio so that I can calculate the stiffness and mass coefficient. So here the problem is still about the frequency the Ansys defined.Because the frequency above is a range of frequency but not a specific number.
