can anyone help me in what steps I should follow to learn about these following points, in most of the tutorial videos the geometry is imported from somewhere. from where can i get sample geometry so that I can practise the following things. 1) Usage of Ansys Multiphysics 2) Thermal simulation of semiconductors in 3D. 2a) Parametrizing the 3D-Model (materials, sources, boundaries). 2b) transient simulation in 3D. 3) Calibration and verification of the FE-Simulation with measurements.

The software you are using is called AIM Student, did you choose that over ANSYS Student? They both solve similar problems but with a different User Interface. Make sure to put AIM in the Tags for your Posts so that we know which software you are using.
There is a problem with your boundary conditions. Let's start with one Physics at a time. Do a problem with just Thermal boundary conditions. Put a temperature on the left face of a block, and a convective boundary condition on the right face. A convective BC requires you to input the air temperature and the heat transfer coefficient. That should solve without any issue.
I just made simple cube 10*10*10 mm and at one front face applied 10 v, and on the top face, I added thermal temperature 20 c after that i clicked on the result in the down window . the message pop out like out of date.

Reply with images inserted into the text and show the geometry. Do you have a block that represents a chip? The chip has a power dissipation, how many watts does the chip dissipate? Does your PCB have copper traces?
I am having a student free version. I searched on internet about SIwave, ANSYS Icepak, Redhawk too, but these are not with student version.

Are you limited to the free Student license for ANSYS models or do you have access to the full suite of tools at school? Many of the tutorials show Icepak and SIwave to perform some of the analysis. Those are not included in the free Student license.
If you want to learn on the free Student license, I suggest you sketch out a particular problem, maybe from a textbook or a research paper, and learn how to model that in ANSYS, including drawing your own geometry in SpaceClaim. Reply with that sketch and we can go from there.
