I am trying to design and do a CFD test of pump. This is where I have come so far. CFD Fluid Volume]

The problem is that I cannot get the geometry of a single channel with an impeller. The single channel should look like this.

I thought of creating a surface and splitting the fluid volume with the surface. The problem is How do I create the surface that is used for splitting the Impeller volume? I only need to get ONE FLUID CHANNEL WITH BLADE (Look in the picture above). Any ideas? Please help.

You had the right idea. You can create a sketch on a plane parallel to the XY plane, at a Z coordinate above the volume. Then you can use two splines to approximate the curves you show in the 1/4 piece. Make sure the beginning of each spline is at 0,0 and the end of each spline is well outside the circle. Extrude that sketch. Since it is an open profile, you can set it to have zero thickness. Then you can use that surface to slice the full body.  Are you working in SC or DM?
