If you just want to raise the temperature of the whole cylinder so that it can have thermal expansion against mechanical supports, like a shrink fit, you can do that right in Static Structural by adding a Thermal Condition, and enter the new temperature. The starting temperature is set in the Environment Temperature.
If you want a complicated thermal analysis that results in a temperature distribution over the part, you use two systems, and link the solution from the Steady State Thermal model as a load on the Static Structural model. In this example, they share the same mesh.
