Hi

I want to measure the temperature distribution inside the pipe using the surface temperatures.

Using what BCs I could do that.

Also, how would I model the material inside the pipe considering it is supposed to be a fluid but I do not want to do fluent analysis rather I want to assume it fluid with no bulk motion (solid). So I suppose the heat transfer will mainly be through conduction.

You need to describe your problem in more detail. Insert a sketch or image of the geometry. What are all the BCs?

For eg. something similar to this. I would to try all different types of heat transfer, radiation, conduction and convection.

How would I measure temperature at the center of the pipe.

Slice the solid geometry in two planes. Put the pieces together in a Multibody Part in DesignModeler or use the Share button in SpaceClaim to use Shared Topology.  Now you have a solid edge at the center of the pipe.
