'Temperature Divergence in AMG Solver' in Simulation of Heat Exchanger with Thermoelectric generator

I am simulating a hexagonal heat exchanger with a TEG chip attached to it. To simply the simulation, we only used one-sixth of the heat exchanger for the simulation. However, when the simulation was run, the temperature solution diverged. 

When I replaced the TEG chip with a simple block of ceramic material, keeping all boundary conditions the same, the simulation ran without
divergence.

Please provide more details on boundary condition settings.

I am using a Realizable k-epsilon turbulence model with standard wall functions. The boundary conditions are shown below: 

h_ is 60 W/m2K

h is 600 W/m2K
