can you try changing your working directory to C:\Temp ?

Also, try changing your systems default language to English and see if that makes the difference.

Thanks,

Unset mkl_aa_fw_init_workdivision  , and reorder your Path environment variable such that

C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem;C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\

entries are in front of others

Please post the screenshot(or the content in text) of your latest 'set' output.

Please don't attach file as ANSYS Employees are now allowed to open it.

still have Working Directory: S:\Ansys

but the error message did change from

C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v193\IntelMKL\2017.4.210\win64\mkl_intel_thread.dll

to

C:\Temp\v193\tp\IntelMKL\2017.4.210\win64\mkl_intel_thread.dll

what exactly did you change at that time ?

I just reinstalled Ansys to Drive "S" now, cause installation at C:\Temp isn't work for me.

The 'Working Directory' is not where the ANSYS is installed on. It's where do you want your project files to be solved/worked on.

Please uninstall ANSYS in every directory that you tried. Make sure you manually remove 'ANSYS Inc' folder. Then reinstall it to anywhere in your local disk drive (don't use 'S')

Once that's done, launch MAPDL Launcher and make sure that the Working Directory is not set to S drive
