The solver engine was unable to converge on a solution for the nonlinear problem as constrained.  Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Help System for more information.

Looks like the Solver was about to converge.

You can insert a Command Object to make it keep trying for more iterations instead of stopping after 26 iterations.  Click on Transient, then click on the Command Object button, then type the command

NEQIT,50

 You can also give it a smaller by half initial time increment.

Hi Peter, 

this is the furthest result I did this morning. The problem is the model keep shaking forward and backward. I thought it will be forward until it reaches maximum velocity and start decelerates?

Transient models need Damping added as a property of the structure. In the Analysis Settings, there is a Damping Controls category. You need to enter some Rayleigh Damping coefficients. Start with a Damping Ratio of 0.2 (20%).  You might want to run a Modal analysis to see what frequencies are in your model.
