Two different Periodic Domains in single simulation

I am trying to simulate a conjugate heat transfer simulation between two fluid domains, separated by solid domains. I have attached a view of the domain (where S represents solid and F represents fluid). 

I would like to have periodic boundary conditions in the streamwise and transverse directions (similar to DNS). The problem is that I am not able to define periodic conditions in the fluid domain with different mass flow rates and temperatures. I am able to define only one set of periodic conditions which are applied to both the fluid regions (one mass flow rate and temperature). I would also like to add that the two-fluid domains are not connected to each other.

I would like to know if it is possible to define two sets of periodic conditions through UDF or through options in fluent.

please insert the picture. And only one set of periodic pressure drop boundary can be used.

Is there any way to use a second set of periodic conditions, using a UDF?

There's only one periodic condition available (ie dP etc). You also need to very carefully read the manual regarding the heat transfer limitations for periodic flow. 

In your case there are a few options which are all fairly complex, they're also beyond what I can cover given the rules we work under on here. What does your supervisor suggest?

I would like to try out the complex options available. Should I be asking the official ansys support for solutions to this problem?
