Unrealistic result?

Hello folks, I am working on building an ANSYS model to simulate the effect of solar radiation on the thermal condition of a room. So I built a shoebox model. THE radiation model I used was DO model and solar ray tracing.  The walls are opaque and the glass is semi-transparent. As shown in the first figure below, the patch of solar heat flux is normal and realistic. However, when I examine the temperature, things get a bit odd. As seen from the second figure, the glazing portion has a very high temperature and I was not sure what is really causing it. So if I changed the glass to an opaque surface then I can get a realistic result.

Does anyone know what is causing this? I have been battling with it for a while and still no clue of what is happening. Thanks in advance for any help!

Please can you put an image of the mesh up too: the contours look a little odd, and suggest the mesh could be too coarse.

Check the glass properties too, and that the DO discretisation & pixelation are 3 (default is too low).

I checked and change the discretization & pixelation to 1 and still does not work properly.
