water filter geometry

i was wondering where i can find

1 : a  tuturial on water filteres (i want to know how the geometry can be made with for example pore size for the filter 50microns) 

2 : similar filter but uses sand bed for filtering as well

Not sure we have tutorials that are that specific. I'd suggest reading the documentation covering porous media.  More general tutorials can be found by clicking on "Help" in the software assuming you're using 2019Rx.

just wondering of any among the student community have done similar work to share some material how the filter geometry is made ill be very thankful , i need it for one of my projects

I'd use Google and work from there. I've modelled sand screens, cyclonic filters, blood filters and various process industry screens over the years. It's rare that the geometry from one is recognisable in another application. The underlying physics is usually transferable though.
