You also need to account for how you're working near the walls: ie wall function or fully resolved viscous sub layer. Roughly the values are 30 < y+ < 300 or y+ = 1 (ish) respectively. Read the help guides (mainly theory) for more information on what values you need and when you should use which approach.

Reynolds Stress Model is also covered in the User's Guide & Theory Guide.
What are you trying to model as the application will influence the models used.
